Yoga Bootcamp Get long, strong and lean in this dynamic Yoga Bootcamp lead by Brenda Wowk. We’ll meet two times per week for 5 weeks in this multi-level yoga program. The program is perfect for students introducing yoga into their lives and for others who just need a little tweak to their yoga regime. The program includes a personal consultation, small group yoga workout sessions, 3 day a week home workout routine and a guide to eating whole, live and natural foods.
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00pm Gravity Pilates is a form of resistance training which focuses on the development of flexibility, core stability and core strength underpinned by the principles of alignment and breath control. Gravity Pilates is based on both Pilates mat and reformer exercises combining abdominal work while challenging upper body and lower body resistance. Stability, flexibility and strength—Gravity Pilates helps you balance them all!
